Stretching & Open training
The more you are into pole and aerial world, the more you will realise that it is important to have certain flexibility in order to level up. Therefore in this class we will go through various stretching excises to enhance your flexibility. The class will start with a good warm-up to prepare your muscles for the stretching; we use various stretching techniques to improve your flexibility. For example, dynamic stretching, resistance training, partner stretching, passive stretching etc. Everyone is welcome to join this class.
Open training is a perfect session to review what you have learnt in the class or to train with your pole friends. You can come/leave at whatever time during the open training, but please note that there will be no instructor to teach/spot you. The cost is €5 for a PIDS student and €10 for a non-PIDS student; so everyone is welcome! For the open training, you still need to sign up online (book it as “unpaid”) and you can pay the fee in cash when you arrive at the studio.
