Pole Dancing Den Haag

After many years of teaching in Rotterdam, Pole Inspiration Dance Studio (PIDS) has recently opened its second studio in the heart of the Hague.

You can find this studio at Tarwekamp 73. It is located within walking distance of tram 6 (stop Reigersbergenweg) and offers free parking for students around the studio. This new PIDS location has the same variation of classes that you may know from Rotterdam. It offers various kinds of classes such as aerial hoop, exotic pole and pole fitness, as well as aerial hammock. Our poles are IPSF regulation standard: 45mm brass and 4 meters high, all poles can be set to either spinning or static, and we offer hoops in different diameters for people of different heights.

We offer classes for students of all levels. These classes are either divided by level (beginner-intermediate-advanced) or are specifically focused on either strength or flexibility and are accessible to all levels. No matter what your current skill level is, we are sure we can offer a class that will inspire and challenge you.

At PIDS our top priority is the safety of our students. Our instructors have been teaching for many years and know all the ins-and-outs of spotting people and guaranteeing a safe environment. We hold all our equipment, both the aerial apparatus and crashmats to the highest standards.
